We handle all brands and models, but we are an independent service provider and not directly associated with any manufacturer.

2. Booking and Payment

Service bookings can be made via phone, website, or in person.
Service charges, including visiting fees, must be paid upon completion of service.
Additional costs for spare parts or extra work will be communicated before proceeding.

3. Warranty and Responsibility

Any warranty on repairs or parts will be provided in writing at the time of service.
Warranty does not cover misuse, negligence, or damage caused by external factors after service.
We are not responsible for issues arising from unauthorized repairs or modifications performed by third parties after our service.

4. Safety

Customers must ensure a safe working environment for our technicians.
We strictly follow safety protocols, but customers are responsible for using appliances as per manufacturer guidelines.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers must inform us at least 12 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule appointments.
Same-day cancellations may incur a visiting fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take utmost care in delivering services, AV Gas Stove Service shall not be held liable for any indirect damages, accidents, or losses arising from the use of appliances post-repair.

All brand names, logos, and trademarks mentioned are used only for identification purposes.
